Dormant users roles deprication

Hi Team,

I was going through one of the code snippets and found an enhancement
Basically the code snippet of #2014 was inactivation of users who are not active since x days, enhancement area: removal of user from groups as there is no point in having inactive user in groups as well as notifying direct line manager about his/ her absence since last x days.

Note: This is not an issue, it's an enhancement request which I would like to work upon if valid.

Please let me know if I can pick this up and build the required code snippet for it.
