Changelog for aes_gcm out of date

Hi, just migrated from aes-gcm 0.10 to 0.11. I noticed the changelog says this:

getrandom feature renamed as os_rng

Which was again changed later, but the changelog wasn't updated.

Thanks. Seems a lot of the entries for aes-gcm v0.11.0 are stale/inaccurate, actually. I really just need to delete all of the existing changelog and start over from scratch when I release these, it seems. Surprised I didn't do that with this release.
