Intelligent Advisory Notification Format

Implemented Channels

  • GitHub Pages: .github/workflows/publish_advisory_site.yml publishes HTML, JSON, Markdown, and RSS.
  • RSS: feed.xml is generated by scripts/publish_advisory_site.py.
  • Telegram: optional. If TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN and TELEGRAM_CHAT_ID are set as repository secrets, scripts/notify_advisory_telegram.py sends a short summary after a successful Pages deployment. Missing secrets skip notification without failing the publish job.
  • Locale: the public HTML/RSS/Telegram copy defaults to Simplified Chinese (zh-CN). JSON contract keys remain in English for downstream stability.

Boundary

Default Intelligent Advisory notifications show final recommendations, stock background, recommendation reasons, horizon, combined score, and the full report link. Theme candidates stay in JSON/Markdown audit material and are not included in the default notification summary. Notifications must not show orders, target weights, target share quantities, account suitability, or any account-specific allocation advice.

RSS remains intentionally short for feed readers:
