Please remove old releases from CPAN and release accidental permissions for test modules

The release https://metacpan.org/release/MADSKILL/QBit-Application-Model-DB-0.009 indexed several modules under t_lib accidentally, giving you permissions on those namespaces and preventing others from using them.

Please remove those old releases from CPAN to unindex them as described here: http://blogs.perl.org/users/neilb/2016/07/please-delete-old-releases-from-your-cpan-directory.html

And please also release your permissions on these namespaces you aren't currently using at https://pause.perl.org/pause/authenquery?ACTION=remove_dist_primary .
