Snipe shot and dynamax cannon have incorrect effects listed

Both describe the same effect: "Sets Reflect on the user’s side of the field after inflicting damage"; apologies if this counts as one to report on veekun but not seeing any results there for these moves

Steps to Reproduce:

1. https://pokeapi.co/api/v2/move/snipe-shot or https://pokeapi.co/api/v2/move/dynamax-cannon
2. short_effect field on both describes wrong move
