Docs for the Rotate / Zoom Layer dialog are outdated

From https://bugs.launchpad.net/pinta/+bug/1913210, there were changes in Pinta 1.7 for the result of the "Rotate 127 degrees" example, so new screenshots / explanations will be needed.
The dialog also now supports panning / zooming.
