Wither double dips if party member also inflicts wither

Wither stacks to 105% increased

What is the value from the calculation in Path of Building?

Wither stacks to 195% increased

How to reproduce the issue

1. Create a PoB that applies Wither and annoints Corruption for Wither effect
2. Set wither to 15 stacks on config
3. Export as support and import into new build
4. On new build, in config add wither stacks
5. Wither from both players will add together

Work around to get accurate numbers is to not have the party member wither and use custom mods to mimick their wither effect on the main character.
