time to prune branches?

There are 99 branches to choose from in this repo, with last-changes dating back 6+ years.

Might it be time to prune some (or all) of the merged branches, such as all older than some date?

Might similar be applied to unmerged branches (if any)?

There shouldn't be any unmerged branches.

There are several unmerged branches in the list of all branches. (I can find no way to show only those.)

All with "Ahead" ≠ 0, a/k/a all that have no "merged PR" icon. Some never had a PR; some show the PR was closed.
