DriverPacks for Surface Laptop for Business 13.8in 8th Ed Intel

I am getting error that DISM process can't find any inf files on the USB drive. This is not true as I have extracted the MSI file to that location and I can see all the inf files. however when i do the same process for laptop 7, it works. Is it "." in the folder name. Is there a model name that we can use for Laptop 8 devices that's just numeral string of numbers?

Now the drivers packs are working however it also is running driver install with Windows Updates Catalog while having it explicitly disabled in global variables. This double driver install is causing the devices not to boot back up past OOBE. This is not happening with Surface Laptop 7th ed or any other older models.
