"Elements" > "Styles" Drawer Refreshes After Interactions

Symptoms:

• The contents of the "styles" drawer disappears momentarily and then redraws.
• On redraw, the scroll position of the drawer is lost.
• The "styles" draw is subjectively slow to redraw.

Triggers:

• Enabling/Disabling an inline style rule (i.e. clicking on a checkbox).
• Selecting a new dom element in the top half of the "elements" tab.
• Clicking on a CSS variable (i.e. a link to a css variable definition).

Description:
Observed whilst developing a Blazor application, but checking out even external MS pages, I'm able to observe this behaviour. Tested on https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/ and https://www.fluentui-blazor.net/. I'm not sure if this was existing behaviour or if something's recently changed, but the amount my Styles drawer refreshes now is egregious.

Environment:

• MS Edge For Business
• Version 148.0.3967.96 (Official build) (64-bit)

This problem started in Edge with version 148. Now it has been updated to 149, the same thing. The Styles tab is self-updating with bugs.

I checked the bug in chrome, everything is ok there. The problem is only with Edge

Styles tab flickers, auto-switches to Computed, then reverts continuously.

It's becoming extremely difficult to troubleshoot issues because the styles seem to be re-rendered on every interaction. On pages with automated sliders, the styles are also being redrawn after each slide change. It's almost impossible to troubleshoot websites. Please take care of such high-impact bugs:
