[Feature]: Merging of repeater ID's

**Description:**
Integration of repeaters. Because of installation of full new firmware (update did not work) repeater had changed ID. Would like to merge "old" ID with "new" ID. (Repeater kept same name, NL-GOU-Keizer-01)
