[Epic] Quest Issue - Lifting the veil - blocks disappear on placement and after 4 you cannot pick up more.

Bug description

When you gather the 6 blocks to place around the npc you notice directly that the blocks dissappear on placement, but at least the quest counter is updated, well at least till nr 4 that is. after it suddenly you cannot pick up the blocks anymore and with it this quests turns into not completable
