SkyCrypt Frontend Licensing Notice

SkyCrypt Frontend is primarily licensed under the GNU Affero General Public
License version 3 (GNU AGPLv3).

Unless a more specific license notice applies, source code, documentation,
configuration, build scripts, and original non-excepted assets introduced or
modified by SkyCrypt contributors from the June 2026 license-change commit
onward are licensed under GNU AGPLv3.

This license transition does not revoke, replace, or limit any rights that were
previously granted under the MIT License for earlier versions, files, or
contributions. Pre-change contributions remain available under the MIT License
to the extent they were originally licensed that way.

The following files are expressly designated as subject to the SkyCrypt
Brand Assets License (LICENSES/LicenseRef-SkyCrypt-Brand.txt). This list is
authoritative; other files are Brand Assets only if they are added to it. They
are not offered under the GNU AGPLv3 or the MIT License, and all rights are
reserved by SkyCrypt LLC except as granted in that license:

That license only allows use of these assets to refer or link to SkyCrypt.
Public deployments of SkyCrypt, modified or not, must replace them with their
own branding. No trademark, service mark, or impersonation rights
are granted.

Earlier SkyCrypt logo files published under the MIT License remain available
under the MIT License in the versions where they were published. That grant
does not extend to the current brand assets.

Third-party libraries, resources, fonts, textures, APIs, and other dependencies
remain under their own licenses. Built output generated from SkyCrypt-owned
AGPL-covered source is covered by GNU AGPLv3, except for third-party
components and the brand assets listed above, which retain their own
license notices.
