Bug: Downloaded offline translation models are not recognized by the Translation feature #456

Description

@session11

Description:
I am facing an issue with the offline translation feature in the keyboard. I have downloaded an offline translation model, and the Settings page correctly shows it as “Downloaded (Offline ready)”. However, when I try to use the Translation feature, it reports that the offline model is not installed.
The error message displayed is:
“Translation failed: Offline model not installed. Please import the model in Settings.”
This is contradictory because the model has already been downloaded and is shown as Offline ready in Settings.
Steps to reproduce
Open the keyboard's Translation settings.
Download an offline translation model for a supported language.
Verify that the model appears as “Downloaded (Offline ready)”.
Open the keyboard's Translation feature.
Enter some text to translate.
Attempt to perform the translation using the downloaded language.
Translation fails with a message stating that the offline model is not installed.
Expected behaviour
Once an offline translation model has been downloaded and is displayed as “Downloaded (Offline ready)”, the Translation feature should recognize it and allow translation without requiring the model to be imported again.
Actual behaviour
Despite the model being displayed as “Downloaded (Offline ready)”, the Translation feature behaves as though no offline model is installed and asks the user to import the model in Settings.
