Add Saicharan Ramineni developer application to Blade

Goal

Add Saicharan Ramineni’s 2026–2027 developer application as a public Blade route.

Scope

• Add a cinematic real-time Tech Knight entrance at /saicharan-ramineni.
• Include a reproducible Blender-authored GLB asset and generator scripts.
• End with a minimal handoff into Saicharan’s existing portfolio.
• Keep changes scoped to Blade plus feature documentation and required dependencies.

Acceptance criteria

• The route loads without authentication.
• Tech Knight remains hidden until the entrance prelude and then materializes as the real GLB.
• Reduced-motion and WebGL failure modes retain usable semantic content.
• The final action displays the original personal portfolio in a full-viewport frame and browser Back returns to the application.
• Formatting, linting, type checking, React analysis, and local route checks pass.
