S1API - Customers/Dealers all reset

Ok so basically a few versions back I noticed that s1api had an issue with it getting rid of my contacts and dealers and reset all that stuff not sure exactly what else than contacts though.
Anyway now later I thought it might be because gale which I used to download it because it downloaded it all into the mods folder and not the plugins folder, meaning it would all just end up being weird as obviously melonloader would register it as a mod and not a plugin. Though later i noticed that it was not the issue and that it did the same thing.

Hey @KaBooMa , I also was having a problem with this mod completely wipping out my progress with NPCs and their messages and what actually fixed that was putting the S1API.dll inside the Schedule I/Schedule I_Data/Plugins instead of the Schedule I/Plugins

Maybe most people that are having this issue are doing the same mistake?

I really appreciate you sharing @Haise777. The intention is that the zip contents are dropped into Schedule I, not Schedule I/Schedule I_Data. This is working as far as I am aware for many other users.

@Jackelton10 / @Haise777, do y'all have any other mods installed? I'd like to identify commonalities and see if there are potential conflicts. Also, are you both running Windows 11?

I mean yes I do have quite a few other mods but I can’t list it at the moment as I’m not at my pc. But maybe if @Haise777 lists his mods maybe I can say which ones I have that are on his list

I'm having the same issue, and it broke my save and renders the prologue unplayable. The 3 customers who are supposed to contact you during the prologue never show up on your phone. Unless you play a fresh game with the prologue skipped, you are completely soft locked with this issue. All contacts and relationships will be erased. It completely ruined my save too, autosave wrote over my file when all dealers and contacts were erased, leaving my save in an unplayable state.

I quite literally only have this mod, and melon loader.

Edit: Completely uninstalled the game, reinstalled the game, installed only this and melonloader, tried to play the prologue, same problem. The prologue is completely unplayable with this mod installed.

Don't feel bad about the broken save. It's not a big deal, I enjoy the grind. Just wanna make sure it doesn't happen to anyone else. Let me know if you need anything from me.

I am having this issue when using this mod using Thunderstore mod manager. I have turned off all mods and turned them on one by one and it is this mod that is casuing it not sure what to do to fix it.
