Feature request on background play and live stream

Please add feature to manage the options such as playback speed,seeking, manage playlist and queue etc. while background play is enabled. Now the only way is to start the video playback and change the options and switch back to background play. Even the switching between two takes some time to load.
Also include the option to adjust the video resolution for Live streams.

Click the notification or the queue button in the mini-player to enter the Play Queue page. All the options are already there.

For live resolution there is already #2190.
