ERROR: Missing expected argument '<name>'

This is a result of the command kitsura init which appears in "Option 2" on the first page of the tutorial (README.md).

I actually tried following "Option 1" first, but https://www.kitura.io/app.html gives me an error about disabling ad block. 😞
