This no longer works since cooperative vectors are deprecated

It crashes on startup now unfortunately.

Agility sdk 1.720.0-preview has "linalg::Matrix" in it, which may be enough to make this work, though i've heard that as of right now (4/28), there is no driver support for any vendor. Hopefully soon?
