Library cannot be installed on FreeCad 1.1

The library cannot be installed on FreeCAD 1.1. The library's data in the Add-On Manager seems to point to a non-existent URL:

When you attempt to install it, anyway, the install process hangs and I have to kill FreeCAD from the task manager.

(This is really a bug in the Addon Manager, not in the library itself)

Should this be transferred to KiCAD's github (or whatever bug tracking system they use)?

No, this has nothing to do with KiCAD, it's a problem with the FreeCAD Addon Manager's remote cache of the part library.

This is fixed on dev by #467 -- I won't merge it to main for a couple of weeks, though, it needs some additional user testing.
