Can we access your project?
Current Behavior
I recently downgraded my subscription from the Growth plan to the Basic plan. According to the pricing page, the Basic plan explicitly includes the "Local Run" feature. However, in the editor, Local Run is locked with a yellow "Upgrade" badge. Hovering over or clicking it shows a prompt stating "Local Run is a premium feature" and forces an upgrade to the Growth or Business plan.
Expected Behavior
I should be able to access and use the Local Run feature with an active Basic plan, exactly as advertised on the official pricing page.
Steps to Reproduce
Have an active Basic plan subscription (specifically, after downgrading from a Growth plan).
Open any project in the FlutterFlow web/local editor.
Click on the "Test, Run & Publish" menu in the top right corner.
Observe that the "Local Run" option is restricted, displays an "Upgrade" badge, and cannot be executed.
Reproducible from Blank

Additional Information
This issue completely blocks my ability to test my application locally. Since I recently switched from Growth to Basic, this might be a bug related to the account state/downgrade process. I already submitted feedback via the in-app form but only received an automated response. Please fix my account permissions or the platform logic so I can continue testing.
