Missing Citation.cff file for pyEnzyme

Hi EnzymML Community,

sorry if I may be cluttering the Issues, however i would like to cite the pyenzyme package similar to the Issue on the EnzymML Spezification Repo. I would really appreciate if you could add a Citation.cff file so that i Know how to credit your work.

@HendrikBorgelt, thank you for submitting the issue and bringing it to our attention. We are happy to provide a citation.cff file, which will enable PyEnzyme and the EnzymeML specs to be cited. I will keep you updated on our progress 😊
