[Feature]Agent调用工具后的回复应跳过断句

Description / 描述

Agent调完工具后生成的回复（搜索总结、代码分析啥的）被断句拆成好几条，阅读体验差。特别是微信接口单次对话agent最多发送十条消息，经常导致最终结果无法输出。
我已经用插件实现了这个功能，希望能直接加入官方配置文件中
