We should publish an OpenSCAP guide for AlmaLinux OS 10 at openscap-guide-for-10.html, following the structure of the OS 9 guide.
Context: the redesigned security page on almalinux.org links a per-version OpenSCAP guide in its "Compliance and hardening" panel (thanks to @elwoodos for noticing!)
