Specify requirments to store files locally

If during the asset registration the .xodr file will be stored on a remote server then the company needs to know what the requirements and best practices are to "self-host".

Status check: EVES-003 now defines asset upload to ENVITED-X platform infrastructure with three privacy tiers (isOwner, isRegistered, isPublic). Files including .xodr are packaged into asset.zip and uploaded — there is no self-hosting path specified.

The original ask was about requirements for companies to "self-host" files. Questions:

1. Is the platform-hosted model (ENVITED-X infrastructure) now the accepted approach, making self-hosting unnecessary?
2. Or is there still a requirement for companies to host .xodr files on their own infrastructure (e.g. for data sovereignty reasons)?

If self-hosting is no longer needed, this can be closed. If it is, it should be scoped into a new EVES or an extension to EVES-003.
